    <content type="html">Happy birthday, Kakei-sensei. It's unfortunate that this... event had to happen on your birthday, but these things happen. I'll do my best to make this as bearable as possible, and to not be a hindrance to you.  Actually, I'm glad that it was you that I ended up attached to, of all the people I might have been handcuffed to, Kakei-sensei is by far the most agreeable.  I suppose we should figure out just how we're going to deal with this, and perhaps set a few ground rules, as to avoid problems later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The bright side of all this is &lt;strike&gt;I'm &lt;i&gt;handcuffed&lt;/i&gt; to &lt;i&gt;Kakei-sensei&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/strike&gt; this means I don't have to stay on Phlegathon deck for a while.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;...Yes.
